Are ownership documents needed to file a claim for my pet?

Yes, documents are required to prove ownership of your pet. The following are considered valid documents.  
  1. Personal Details of the Pet Owner (Name, Date of Birth, Address, and others)  
  2. Details of the Pet (Name, Date of Birth, and Breed) 
  3. Other documents needed to establish ownership between Pet and Owner such as breeder’s record, PCCI record, and others.   
In the event that documents are unavailable, you may still proceed with insuring your pet dog or cat, provided you pay a Php1000 surcharge (please check our variants on the product detail page).
