  Payments made for cancelled policies will not be refunded to the customers. 

• What will happen if I do not repay my installment?

  Any unpaid installments for more than 25 days may result in the cancellation of the  policy.  If you do not pay your installment on the due date, your policy will be cancelled and may be reinstated until you pay the outstanding amount. 

• How do you compute the installment amount?

  The installment amount is computed based on the number of months chosen by the customer. The Basic Premium will be charged in equal amounts while all government taxes will be charged on the first payment. 

• Will I get reminders for my due date and when will my policy get cancelled for non-payment?
