I. For Pet Owners:
Death & Disability: The Company shall cover Death & Permanent Disability of the covered Insured due to accident based on the Table of Benefit described in the schedule of this Policy.
Unprovoked Murder & Assault: The Company shall pay for death of the insured resulting to Unprovoked Murder and Assault up to the limit of the policy.
Medical Expense: The Company shall reimburse the cost of all medically necessary expenses for the treatment of such disability arising out of any covered accident.
Financial Assistance: The Company shall provide a fixed amount as stated in the schedule as financial assistance to the beneficiaries in event of death of the insured or his/her pet due to accident.
II. For Pets:
Death & Disability: The Company shall cover Death & Permanent Disability of the covered Pet due to accident based on the Table of Benefit described in the schedule of this Policy.
Medical Expense: The Company shall cover the Veterinary Treatment of your Dog or Cat for any covered accident or common diseases described in this policy up to the limit indicated in the schedule.
Lost: If Your Pet is stolen or goes missing, the Company shall pay the Pet owner up to the limits of the chosen plan. Provided that the pet owner secures a certificate of loss of his/her missing Pet in the village/homeowner’s association and barangay in your area of residence.
