How can I avail of the COVID-19 Kwik Assist Insurance?
You can avail the COVID-19 Kwik Assist Insurance with two options. First is buy checking-out the insurance product in our Lazada store and by paying it with your chosen mode of payment or you can pay your bills using Lazada Wallet and you will be entitled for a free insurance voucher which you can use to pay the COVID-19 Kwik Assist Insurance.
Activate your insurance by filling out the online form which will be sent to you via email within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase.
For multiple orders, you need to fill out multiple forms with the corresponding order numbers that are provided in the email activation link.
The SMS confirmation will be sent to your provided mobile number after 2-3 days from date of activation. If you have not received any SMS confirmation yet, please take note of your Order Number since this is identical to your Policy Number.
