How can I avail of the Kwik.insure Assist Insurance (Max)?

Shopee Store:

You can avail the Kwik.insure Assist Insurance (Max) by checking-out the insurance product in our Shopee store and by paying it with your chosen mode of payment or you can pay using Shopee Pay. Once paid, you can then redeem your insurance policy. 

Lazada Store:

You can avail the  Kwik.insure Assist Insurance (Max)  by checking-out the insurance product in our Lazada store and by paying it with your chosen mode of payment.

Activate your insurance by filling out the online form which will be sent to you via email within 24 to 48 hours from date of purchase. 
 
For multiple orders, you need to fill out multiple forms with the corresponding order numbers that are provided in the email activation link. 
 
The SMS confirmation will be sent to your provided mobile number after 2-3 days from date of activation. If you have not received any SMS confirmation yet, please take note of your Order Number since this is identical to your Policy Number.
