I can’t upload my ID. What should I do​?

Our website only accepts JPG/JPEG and PNG formats, max of 10MB resolution and image should be clear. There are 16 valid IDs accepted, namely:
  1. Driver’s License
  2. Passport
  3. Postal ID
  4. PRC ID
  5. SSS ID
  6. UMID
  7. Voter's ID
  8. PhilHealth ID
  9. TIN ID
  10. GSIS ID
  11. PWD ID
  12. Senior Citizen ID
  13. OWWA ID
  14. Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID
