Will I get reminders for my due date and when will my policy get cancelled for non-payment?
Yes.
You will receive the following reminder, pre-cancellation notice, and
cancellation notice for non-payment:
· 7 days before due date
notification (reminder)
· Due today notification
(reminder on the due date itself)
· 10
days after due date notification (pre-cancellation
notice)
· 25
days after due date (cancellation notice)
On the 26th day if
the policy is still unpaid, you will see “Cancelled” in the policy
status in My Account. When this happens, we inform the insurance
partner that the premium is not paid and will process the account for
cancellation.
You may contact our customer support team in the event that
you cannot meet your due date. We highly encourage that you pay on or before
the due date to avoid seeing a “Cancelled” status in your policy
